About Reaching for Resilience
Reaching for Resilience is a two-session virtual program designed to help teens develop practical skills for managing stress, navigating challenges, and building emotional resilience.
Led by licensed clinicians, the program provides a supportive environment where teens can explore how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected while learning healthy strategies for responding to difficult situations.
Through discussion and skill-building activities, teens learn coping strategies, strengthen problem-solving skills, build confidence, and develop tools they can use when facing challenges in everyday life.
