Support, connection, and practical guidance for fathers navigating separation and divorce.

NFRC Men’s Group for Dads

Being a dad is one of life’s most rewarding roles—and one of the most challenging. When your family is going through separation or divorce, those challenges can feel even more complicated.

NFRC’s Men’s Group for Dads provides a confidential and supportive space where fathers can connect with other dads who understand what they’re experiencing, share concerns, and develop practical strategies for supporting their children and strengthening their relationships.

You’re not alone. We’re here for you.

What We’ll Talk About

During the group, dads will have an opportunity to explore:

  • Practical parenting strategies for navigating family changes.

  • Shared experiences and perspectives from other fathers.

  • Communicating with your child’s co-parent

  • Talking with your children about their feelings surrounding separation and divorce.

  • Building stronger, healthier relationships with your children during times of transition.
